Please ensure that the materials that will be submitted are able to meet JTC’s evaluation criteria before submitting for approval.

Evaluation Criteria

1. Lab testing certificate:
   1. Comply to British Standard (BS) / International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) as stated in the technical specification
   2. Complete set of test reports need to be valid, with expiration dates indicated clearly in English
2. List of material specifications and technical data that show compliance to performance requirement:
   1. General and technical information shall be clearly indicated, including but not limited to model name, capacities, rated current, voltage, insulation voltage, frequency, number of poles, time-current characteristic plot, efficiency, type of materials etc.
   2. Product nomenclatures, physical properties, chemical properties, storage and handling conditions, preparation of substrates and fixtures
   3. Suppliers are required to submit the recommended spare parts listing
3. Installation details and drawings
   1. Dimensions and details of equipment bases/plinths/foundations/mounting to be clearly provided
   2. Relevant project details that illustrate use of material/product where necessary (basic details do not provide enough information or may have critical interfacing with other systems)  
4. Material submitted needs to have a minimum of 5 years track record in Singapore with a local technical support team supplying the material
   

Supporting Documents to be submitted

The following documents are to be submitted for review:

1. Test Report (e.g. TUV SUD PSB ) in colour format with expiration date indicated and shall be valid.
2. Track records in Singapore (past 5 years or more). Indicate year of completion.
3. Catalogues with technical specifications and drawings
4. Sample photographs of past installations
5. Approval letters by relevant authorities (e.g BCA, SCDF, NEA, SPPG), where applicable
6. Compliance list according to JTC’s specifications
   
   

Materials List Application
