Log in to the customer service portal to terminate your tenancy. You can choose to terminate your tenancy early, or upon expiry.

To encourage the use of digital services, the application processing fee of $599.50 or $1,199 (inclusive GST) is temporarily waived for applications submitted through our online portals.

Early termination

For early termination, do note that you will be required to serve the minimum notice period stated in your tenancy agreement. If you are unable to serve the minimum notice period, you will be required to pay us the equivalent rent-in-lieu.

You will also be required to reinstate your premises before handing it back to us on the selected tenancy termination date.

Tenancy expiry

Eligible customers will receive a tenancy renewal notice or offer 2 months before tenancy expiry.

If you do not wish to renew your tenancy, please log in to the customer service portal to inform us. Your tenancy will end on the tenancy expiry date.

You are required to reinstate your premises before handing it back to us on the tenancy expiry date.

Overstaying

You are liable to pay double rent effective from the tenancy expiry date if you continue to stay on the premises beyond your tenancy expiry date.
