How to access the Customer Service Portal

If you have not used the customer service portal previously, do check that your company has set up and assign digital service access in Corppass for your use.

Please note that from 11 April 2021, you will be required to login to government digital services for businesses (G2B) using Singpass instead of Corppass. For more information, visit go.gov.sg/corporate-login  


Instructions

Step 1: 

Visit www.jtc.gov.sg and click on "Login" at the top right corner of the webpage.

Step 2: 

Select your login method. "Business Users" refer to entities such as: Sole Proprietorship, Partnership, Limited Liability Partnership, Private Limited Company.

Step 3: 

You may choose to use the Singpass app or password login as a form of authenticator. 

If you do not have a Singpass account, you can register for one at Singpass - Register for Singpass

Step 4: 

Please read through the Terms and Conditions for use of services at JTC's CSP and click "Proceed" to continue.

Step 5: 

If you have not previously registered for a CSP account, fill in the details before proceeding.

Step 6: 

You have registered for a CSP account. To continue using the CSP, click on "CSP Home".
