Enforcement fees and fines
Prohibited activities
To provide a safe and conducive environment for all occupants and visitors, activities that pose health and safety concerns are strictly prohibited in our buildings and estates.
Committing an offence may result in prosecution and/or fines of up to S$5,000. These acts are regulated under our Common Property Rules, and include:
- Unauthorised structures in and around tenanted/leased space
- Obstruction of lawful use of common property/areas
- Damage to common property
- Unlawful parking
- Repairing, painting or other vehicle works on common property/areas
- Dumping on common property/areas
- Littering
- Unauthorised use of water and other installations

Unlawful parking offences
For unlawful parking offences, if you are not the driver at the time of the offence, please furnish the particulars of the driver by submitting this form.
