Waiver of contractual requirement for submission of information regarding progress of business operations

From 1 April 2025, all JTC lessees and tenants with the “Submission of Information” clause* in their lease and tenancy agreements will no longer be required to submit information regarding the progress of their business operations to JTC^. This statement of waiver supersedes JTC’s original contractual requirement and does not require acceptance from JTC lessees and tenants. Hence JTC will not be amending the clause in the individual lease and tenancy agreements.

*or a clause requiring the submission of information regarding (the progress of) the business operations (on the property), including any or all of the following:
a) (economic) value add
b) number (and roles) of workers employed
c) remuneration / salaries
d) latest financial statements

^ With the exception of Inland Container Depot allocations at JTC Logistics Hub and Incubator / Accelerator units at JTC LaunchPad.
