JTC has launched one site at Tuas Bay Drive for application under the second half of the 2019 IGLS Programme.
The site is the fifth of six Reserve List sites for the second half of the 2019 IGLS Programme. The launch is part of the Government’s efforts to offer more choices for industrial development.
Details of the site can be found below. The location plan can be found in Appendix A, as well as on JTC’s website at http://www.jtc.gov.sg/IGLS.

Interested parties can purchase the Developer’s Packets at $107 each (inclusive of GST) from JTC’s Customer Service Portal.
Applications may be submitted to JTC for the site. Under the Reserve List system, a land parcel will only be released for sale if it receives an offer of a minimum price that is acceptable to the Government.
