JTC will be publishing the posted rents for its industrial land and ready-built facilities for 1H2025 on 31 December 2024. The rents will take effect from 1 January 2025.
Skytech is a nine-storey industrial complex located in Bukit Batok. Its 175 units have been designed to support general manufacturing and generic industrial usage.
A five-minute drive from the complex will take you to the Pan Island Expressway (PIE). Bukit Batok MRT station is 13 minutes away by foot. Meanwhile, a canteen located within the premises offers convenient access to F&B options.

In addition, the following industrial activities are also not allowed:
Recycling
Rag and bones activities such as storage of scrap metal, waste-paper and other waste material including motor vehicles.
All trades involving construction and demolition waste, wood or horticulture waste, food waste and other recycling activities which generate dust and odour.
Storing of hazardous chemicals
Generating of toxic or medical wastes
Burning of fuel oil, diesel or gas
Emitting smell, chemical fumes, smoke or dust particles
Metal stamping, shot blasting, spray painting, electroplating, sputtering or chemical etching (unless otherwise stated)
Machinery which emits strong vibration or loud or high frequency noises
Any motor workshop trade (unless otherwise stated)
Woodworking industries and activities
Concrete industries
Food Industries
Storage of canned/pre-packed food is allowed subject to the conditions below:
No food products are to be stored outside the premises;
Proper mitigation measures are put in place to prevent any risk of cross-contamination during the transportation of food products;
No food processing activities (including repacking of foodstuffs) are allowed to be carried out at the premises as the premises are not purpose-built for this purpose;
The proposed use of premises are subjected to registration with SFA as Food Storage Warehouse.
