Punggol Digital District (PDD) is a 50ha business park that is targeted at key growth industries of the digital economy, such as cybersecurity, machine learning, IoT and smart city solutions.

The district is closely integrated with the Singapore Institute of Technology to enable opportunities for cross-collaboration between industry and academia.

As a strategic national project, PDD is a showcase for smart nation initiatives. It is designed to create an experiential environment catered to the creative, young and digitally savvy population. The district's Open Digital Platform optimises energy management and serves as a living lab for smart solutions. The district is expected to bring approximately 28,000 jobs closer to residents in Punggol and the northeast region.

The Concept and Price Tender (CPT) for Market Village has been launched. The Market Village at PDD consists of a cluster of one-storey pavilions (each pavilion termed a “Parcel”) located at the eastern end of Campus Boulevard, facing the Punggol Promenade Nature Walk (a park connector) and Coney Island. It is a unique asset within PDD as it is situated on street level with unblocked views of the waterfront and surrounding greenery. The Market Village is envisioned to be a bustling waterfront dining location with unique F&B and/or retail options. Apart from indoor dining spaces, each pavilion will have its own Outdoor Refreshment Area (ORA) facing Coney Island. 

JTC is selecting up to 4 suitable F&B operators for the 4 pavilions at Market Village through this CPT. JTC hopes to attract operators that can offer new-to-market concepts, hold exciting events and activities, and leverage on the unique profile cluster to transform the Market Village into a vibrant and welcoming space.
