JTC Chemicals Hub @ Tuas South is Singapore's first high-rise, multi-tenanted development designed to house companies involved in the manufacturing, blending and distribution of chemicals. This includes chemicals classified as Dangerous Goods (DG). 

The Hub comes with a suite of safety-compliant features for DG chemicals such as enhanced fire protection systems, and shared facilities like fire-water retention tanks and a centralised foam system. These help reduce companies’ upfront capital costs and shorten their set-up time.
