JTC is launching a tender for this existing industrial site at 22 Ubi Road 4 with a 4-storey building that has an authorised use for a car showroom cum workshop. The 4-storey building's features are tailored for the automotive sector's requirements for integrated showroom and servicing facilities.

Note: The sale of the Tenderer’s Packet will cease 24 hours before the tender closing deadline, or on the last working day before the tender closing day, whichever is earlier. This is to ensure sufficient time for purchasers to study the Tenderer’s Packet in detail before submitting a tender bid.

Tenderers may withdraw or replace their current bids before the new closing date and time, ensuring each bid is accompanied by a tender deposit of at least 5% of the tendered sale price. For multiple bids from the same Tenderer, only the latest bid will be considered, superseding all earlier bids and their respective deposits
