JTC has launched two sites under the first half of the 2019 IGLS Programme. The launch is part of the Government’s efforts to offer more choices for industrial development.
Both sites are available for tender. Details of the sites can be found in the table below. Location plans can be found in Appendix A. Site details and location plans can also be found on JTC’s website at http://www.jtc.gov.sg/find-land/land-for-tender/igls.

The site at Jalan Papan (Plot 2) is the third of five Confirmed List sites for the first half of the 2019 IGLS Programme.
The site at Gambas Way (Plot 2) was made available for application through the Reserve List system under the first half of the 2019 IGLS Programme. JTC received an application for the site to be put up for public tender, with a committed bid price of not less than $19,310,000.00.
