JTC has launched one Confirmed List site at Tuas South Link 3 (Plot 26) and one Reserve List site at Tuas South Link 3 (Plot 20) under the first half 2018 IGLS Programme. This is the fourth of six Confirmed List sites, and the fourth out of seven Reserve List sites for the first half of 2018.

A Reserve List site at Tuas South Link 1 (Plot 13) has also been launched for sale by public tender today. It was made available for application through the Reserve List system under the first half 2018 IGLS Programme. JTC had received an application for the site to be put up for public tender, with a committed bid price of not less than $15,583,700.

The 0.47 ha site at Tuas South Link 3 (Plot 26) is zoned for Business-2 development and has a 20-year tenure with a maximum permissible gross plot ratio of 1.4. Industrialists are invited to apply for the site before the tender closes on 19 June 2018 (Tuesday), 11:00am.

The 0.45 ha site at Tuas South Link 3 (Plot 20) is zoned for Business-2 development and has a 20-year tenure with a maximum permissible gross plot ratio of 1.4.

The 2.41 ha site at Tuas South Link 1 (Plot 13) is zoned for Business-2 development and has a 30-year tenure with a maximum permissible gross plot ratio of 2.0. Industrialists are invited to apply for the site before the tender closes on 5 June 2018 (Tuesday), 11:00am.

The launch of the sites is part of the Government’s efforts to offer more choices for industrial development.

Applications may also be submitted to JTC for the Reserve List site at Tuas South Link 3 (Plot 20). Under the Reserve List system, a land parcel will only be released for sale if it receives an offer of a minimum price that is acceptable to the Government or when there is sufficient market interest for the site. A site is considered to have received sufficient market interest if more than one unrelated party submits minimum prices that are close to the Government’s Reserve Price for the site within a reasonable period.
