JTC has launched three sites under the second half of the 2024 IGLS Programme.

The sites at Plot 2 Tampines North Drive 4 and Plot B Tukang Innovation Drive are the fourth and fifth site respectively of five Reserve List sites for the second half of the 2024 IGLS Programme. Applications may be submitted to JTC for the above Reserve List site. Under the Reserve List system, a land parcel will only be released for sale if it receives an offer of a minimum bid price that is acceptable to the Government.
