The site is first of four Confirmed List sites for the first half of 2023 IGLS Programme. The successful tenderer may, with prior written approval of JTC and the relevant authorities, strata subdivide the land or any part thereof. This will be subjected to terms and conditions imposed by JTC and the relevant authorities.
