This site is the last Reserve List site for the first half of 2023 IGLS Programme.
Applications may be submitted to JTC for the site. Under the Reserve List system, a land parcel will only be released for sale if it receives an offer of a minimum bid price that is acceptable to the Government.
Interested parties can purchase the Tenderer’s Packet at $181.90 each (inclusive of GST) at http://go.gov.sg/jtc-igls-tp.
