JTC Launches One Site at Tampines North Drive 3 (Plot 2) under Industrial Government Land Sales (IGLS) Programme

JTC has launched one site at Tampines North Drive 3 (Plot 2) for tender under the first half of the 2019 IGLS Programme.
The site is the second of five Confirmed List sites for the first half of the 2019 IGLS Programme. The launch of the site is part of the Government’s efforts to offer more choices for industrial development.
Details of the site can be found below. The location plan can be found in Appendix A, as well as on JTC’s website at http://www.jtc.gov.sg/IGLS.
