JTC has launched one site at Tuas South Link 3 (Plot 20) for application under the first half of the 2020 IGLS Programme.
The site is the second of five Reserve List sites for the first half of the 2020 IGLS Programme. The launch is part of the Government’s efforts to offer more choices for industrial development.

Interested parties can purchase the Developer’s Packets at $107 each (inclusive of GST) from JTC’s Customer Service Portal.
Applications may be submitted to JTC for the site. Under the Reserve List system, a land parcel will only be released for sale if it receives an offer of a minimum price that is acceptable to the Government.
