1. Are there changes to the season parking rates and parking charges?
No, season parking rates and parking charges will remain the same until further notice.
2. Can I continue to purchase season parking tickets from HDB after 1 January 2025?
For season parking applications from 1 January 2025 onwards, please proceed to apply here. For any further enquiries, you can call them at 6411 5512 or email at park@wilsonparking.com.sg.
3. How can I purchase season parking tickets from 1 January 2025?

4. Do I have to re-apply for the Vehicle Parking Certificate (VPC) from 1 January 2025 onwards?
Existing VPCs applied under HDB will be transferred to Wilson Parking. No action is required on your part.
If your VPC expires in December, please renew it with HDB before 5:00 pm on 31 December 2024. New VPC applications from 1 January 2025 onwards should be submitted through Wilson Parking.
5. I have already paid HDB for season parking beyond 1 January 2025. How do I get a refund?
Your refund will be automatically processed in December 2024. If you have not received it by February 2025, please contact HDB via the feedback form available on HDB Infoweb.
6. I have opted for GIRO payment for my season parking with HDB. What should I do?
You do not need to take any action. The final GIRO deduction will occur in November 2024 for the December 2024 season parking, and the GIRO arrangement will be automatically terminated thereafter. To set up a new GIRO payment with Wilson Parking, please contact them directly.
7. Who should I approach concerning a parking offence I receive after 1 January 2025?

8. Will there be any changes to how the public reports illegal parking?
There will be no changes. Members of the public can continue to call the common hotline at 1800-338-6622 or use the OneService app (select Submit Case > Illegal Parking).
9. Can I use my JTC season parking ticket to park in HDB residential zones at Sin Ming Estate & Aljunied Estate?
No, JTC season parking tickets are only valid within JTC designated parking zones. To park in HDB zones, you must obtain a valid HDB season parking ticket or pay for ad-hoc hourly parking.
