Log in to the Customer Service Portal to view and/or download your Account Summary and tax invoices.

You need to install an Adobe Acrobat Reader to view and print the documents as they are in PDF format. Click here to download Adobe Acrobat Reader if you are unable to view the documents.

Things to note:

• New Account Summaries and tax invoices are uploaded on the 5th of every month
• Account Summaries and tax invoices are kept in the portal for 15 months
• Account Summaries and tax invoices are only available online. We have stopped the mailing of paper-based documents. This allows us to reduce paper usage and be kinder to the environment
